These transistors are completely fake. They can not handle the current and voltages specified. I tested a few of them and they all short out under load. I've broken one apart with a hammer and the internal chip is much too small. Essentially, they have packaged a small transistor in a big case. This can be seen in the picture I took. The second picture is from a real transistor, for comparison. At least I got my money refunded.
