The packaging was not really common. 90 of the 145 ICs were packed in normal plastic bags (not antistatic) and without conductive foam, so the pins are bent (see pictures). I had actually ordered 155 ICs, so 10 were not delivered and 12 were of the wrong type. I made the dealer aware of this and asked if he could remedy the situation. He replied: "May I reissue the missing goods in your next new order?" I ordered the missing ICs - but from another dealer.
