I got a product that didn't work. nine out of 10 were defective. I asked for a refund for nine defective items with a video of evidence but the seller asked me to take time to test it. I refused. After a few days. I was told I couldn't get a refund. I'm so angry. Ali Express did not give me a refund. I paid for the trash. This is something that can never be done. I hope you never buy things for these sellers.
