the order was late and broken. I contacted the seller and he told me he would send a replacement. after 2 months I asked myself, and he told me that it is being held in customs. it's not fair

Received broken and Aliexpress refuse to refund me. too fragile to be shipped .
I've received this item broken. I've already refuse packet and my postal service retuned it to seller. since, seller refused to reimburse me ! and Aliexpress action is inoperant, I wonder why On picture, it is easy to see the package is twisted, overwise, ccfl tubes are broken ! I dont need to accept this, open this , to see myself damage.
