Generally IC's are working. I was able to resurrect my LCD power adapter. But I have some doubts that IC's are brand new (that they aren't resoldered from used or recycled devices) because there was soldering on several tips of IC and some grease (see photos). But finally IC works good. And ICs are from random production series.
