The order arrived rather quickly. The product received does not match the description. The IGBTs don't work, I have the impression that they are made up components. Powered with 12V and 3V on the gate, the component is not working. What contradicts with the datasheet of the manufacturer (STM) Error or scam, I couldn't say.
