When I ordered the product, I warned the seller that after receiving the order, I would check the characteristics of the transistors. The test showed that the resistance in the open state of transistors (42-43 mOhm) is greater than the maximum allowed by the datasheet (39 mOhm). So this is a cull in production. But since this excess is not very large and the test for the maximum voltage (150 v) and the full charge of the gate (40 nC) transistors withstood successfully, then I will not open a dispute. But I can't give the highest rating to the product either.
