IRF 740 : According to the datasheet, the resistance of an open channel is 0.55 OM. The resulting transistors have a resistance of 0.2 OM 0.8V / 4A = 0.2 OM This is 2-3 times less than the transistors of all manufacturers. Not possible. This is another transistor labeled IRF 740
