The transistors I have are fakes. They have crooked inscriptions on the housings. Their silicon structures are too small - as you can see in my photos. The original transistor is 98A / 55V - the silicon structure must be very large so that it is not damaged. BUYERS - ALWAYS CHECK THE SILICONE STRUCTURES AFTER PURCHASE !!!
