Bought the "For Xbox360 OEM" ones and sorry to say it's awful quality. It reads ALPS on them. Most do not center good in ohms or some other problem, 4-5 out of 10 were usable IMO. Soldered to controller, right stick drifting slightly, I have to push a lot farther to right than left to get movement in game, feels lot less analog than original sticks almost digital. Wish I didn't replace as original only had drift problem.
