Product as correct, but packaging was poor. IC's wrapped in non-ESD bubble-wrap inside a manila bubble wrap envelope. All the bubble-wrap was deflated giving no protection, and the many IC legs were bent. I am waiting on other parts from different suppliers, so have not been able to test them. The broken leg visible in the lower left corner of the second photo doesn't seem to have come from my order.
