First shipment was lost in transit at landing in Europe. The suplier sent a lot for the second time for free . lost again. Bad luck The logistic path could be improved. Anyhow the supplier is not responsible for the mistakes in both cases, he managed the issue honestly as a professionnal. The refund was done without any delay.
