Good but it is NOT the original CBB type because there are no 450V rated caps according to the original datasheet. However, it could withstand and hold charge 900VDC under test. It's good enough to be used as a DC-Link capacitor but I would avoid using it as a relatively high-current capacitor devidor in Half-Bridge inverters.
