this is definitely not an IRL anything, it's labeled as one on the package, but comparing an actual one to this the gate voltage is 3V the real IRL's have a gate voltage of 2V±. I cross checked with IRF540's and those have a gate voltage of 2.9....so there is that. the first two pictures are of IRL540n from mouser, the next two are from this seller and the last picture is from a IRF540N
