It is fake FGH40N60SFD. Some parts has not embedded diode between C-E Some very slow switch to off, for example I apply 15V to Gate and Ic set to 10A by DC supply, when I set Vgate to 0V(resistor 510 Ohm between G-E presents), Ic very slowly(about 10 seconds) fall to 0A
