Outer diameter is not 4.3mm! It is 4.2mm, so it wobbles in the spindle until tightened. May be because of this, or due to clamping jaws are not centered, very large displacement occurs on smaller diameters! Would be good for the price if not be useless for the Dremel instrument. Can be used for a hand tool though. Slightly disappointed.
