The paper comes folded in three areas and in a small envelope. Is it so expensive to send it in an envelope of its size?

These seller's goods shouldn't be bought. A4 size was ordered, but sent one was warped goods. A nonstandard product has been sent. I told to change goods, but you couldn't response. Return isn't also accepted. he's saying "with no problem""Transportation is bad.". But a problem is a manufacturing mistake. It shouldn't be bought from such vendor.
