Order has never been received. Refund has never been sent. I hate your notices "Bad news on order 8118590111095146". I should not be told "sorry". I am quite angry about constant efforts to have some satisfaction on this order. My payment was successful Sept 4,2020. What is wrong ? To clarify, this order is for 10 pcs 1W 3W 5W high powered LED diodes. To be sure I STILL want the LED's. It is your obligation to fulfill this order! Your procedures to file a claim are difficult and I have not been successful attempting to follow up. Please advise.
