I would like to start by saying that the seller can be trusted, and I will defently shop again from this shop. The delivery was very fast for the other products I had purchased, and quality wise they were all ok. However, this product came badly bended(the product information does warn about it comming bended). It was bended so tight that the actual 20 m hose has(stoped counting at 15) multiple ruptures. Not much I can do with it now except put it up for recycling. The product itslef has thick walls, and should the seller have considered spooling it, I am sure it could had reached the post office package dimension specification(most likely they try to make the pacakge as small as posible because of extra cost). So I advise to stay clear of this product, but not the seller.
