I was sent the opposite of the colours I requested. The store offered to refund me if I send the goods back, which would cost more than the goods from my part of the world, of I could get a discount if I picked a different method of paying and got an order number. Picking a different method required immediate payment, no order number available, decided to just accept what I got and go somewhere else next time.
