Item arrived, but in my postoffice lost.

A+++++ Seller Recommend to all. Even with brexit and Covid order delivered to Ireland in 50 days. Well packaged in padded envelope. Ran a quick test with a fully charged (4.1v)18650 and they light really bright. NOTE SPECS SAY 2.0 to 2.6 V. As picture shows several of them are free of the backing belt but not an issue for me. Will update review if I come across any issues when I use them.
