Only 77 IC were delivered (100 ordered). All IC were loose in a simple plastic bag (not antistatic). They are NOT on a plastic strip like shown in the pictures. I have tested 10 ICs randomly, 9 ICs were defective. Not recommended.

Came loose in a bag. All were defective. Some were shorted, some got extremely hot. None of them worked as expected.
