It's a fake copy! Ordered transistors BC857C, and sent it is not known what. Why do I know that? According to datasheets of manufacturing companies fairchildsemiconductor, panjit, taitroncomponents inc., Guangdong Kexin Industrial Co., Ltd., Rectron Semiconductor, Transys Electronics, WILLAS ELECTRONIC CORP., Infineon Technologies AG, Yea Shin Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing International Group Co, Taiwan Semiconductor Company, Ltd., Shenzhen Jin Yu Semiconductor Co., Ltd., Micro Commercial Components, Weitron Technology transistors BC857C coefficient gain not less than 420. The parameter I measured is not exceeds 322. A radio element tester was used bought right there on Aliexpress, b / w option. I test transistors of other shops, production USSR and including BC847C - gain as stated in datasheets.
