all drills there, they appear to be cobalt but have no way of testing to find out content. one drill is marked as 7.0 but is in fact a 7.1. all of the drills are usable, but will need a proper grind on the tips, as the cutting angles and reliefs are awful. apart from that I am very very pleased with this purchase. shipping was 9 days to NZ. cannot beat it for the price :)
