I did not like the refills, for my needs they were the wrong kind of ink. I write a lot, and so I need the ink to be smoother than what I had got in this pack. The ink in these did a lot of skipping. But I had a good experience contacting the seller, and used the Free Local Returns to send the product back to get a refund. Good seller, thanks.
