I ordered 13, only rec'd 11. Tried to get the seller to simply send the missing items and that DIDN'T HAPPEN!!. After a week of going back and forth they issued a credit for the item only NOT the shipping. WTF??? And Ali DID NOTHING to try and help the situation. Totally useless. VERY DISHONEST!!!! In fact I've been trying to get a refund of $71 for over 3 weeks on a different order, different seller and still nothing.. They keep telling me to wait.
