As the picture
I have never received the article, the tracking status mentioned delivered but it has never arrived. I told the seller and they told me to open a dispute which I did. Ali express closed the dispute because the tracking information said the item has been delivered even though it hasn’t. Even IF the local shipping company made a mistake, the seller should have been willing to find a solution and to send me a new product. That’s how customer service works. Instead of that they accused me of asking for a new product when I have already had received the product so in other words they called me a THIEF! I would certainly not recommend buying from this seller because if there is a problem with delivery of the item they won’t help at all.
