I recieved them earlier than indicated, in 12 days to Holland. Good quality, firm capsules. This is the first time I ordered capsules, I expected them to be softer and more vulnerable so I am pleasantly surprised. You will have to open up them all by hand before filling, what is quite a work to do. This was the lowest price at the time I ordered. I am very satisfied.
