The seller with the problem. Not recommended for purchase. I was asked by the seller to process the receipt without the item being delivered. As a result of opening an open dispute and contacting Ali Express, Ali Express acknowledged the open dispute.Of course, it is a full refund. The seller then contacted me that the refund process was completed due to an open dispute. It doesn't make sense, it's as if the seller allowed a refund. This seller hasn't done anything to process the refund. The seller is not doing anything. Ali Express just protected me.
