The item did not arrive in the original Swarovski package as seen in the images from different orders. The item has defects also . The colour also does not match either the ordered or Swarovski colour pallet. The shine and quality are not comparable to Swarovski pearls. The most important question ... why the item is not sent in original Swarovski packaging? You sent a set of beads. But not pearls.
