While the item that shipped is the correct item, it is not good parts. The printhead is terrible quality. It put out 2 good prints and now it just bleeds all over papers. The printhead failed within two prints and now I've lost tons of expensive print paper trying to resolve the issue. I have an identical printer sitting next to it that works fine. I installed the printhead in the other printer and it also now has problems. When I replaced the working printhead into my 2nd printer, the problems go away. So I know for a fact it is the printhead. I cannot recommend this product unfortunately.

Absolutely DO NOT BUY from this seller. They will not stand behind their product. Have had for only a few weeks and consistently prints poor. Head leaks no matter how many cleanings. Consistently poor output. Bleeds on page. Heads always clogged no matter what you do. Wasted so much money and seller doesn't even attempt to correct the problem.
