I ordered the part before and made an error during assembling which made the cable break. I ordered 2 new ones and will see if I can make my lens work again.
lI ordered 2 but one has a defect. The censor is broken (picture 1) The second aperture is assembled and the lens works 100%. From an earlier order the cable broke during assembly of the lens (picture 2). I would advice to make the same bent as Canon (picture 3). I am going to repair the broken censor with the censor of the one with the broken cable. So no worries. My only concern is that these apertures are very sensitive.
