Hello. In the product description it is not mentioned that the screws are as soft as butter and it is better not to open the engine because then you can drill out at least half of the screws. I do not want to talk about the servie afterwards. There you are not aware of any guilt and rather blame the customer instead of taking care of him. Questions and criticism are absolutely overlooked and there are answers which are not related or help in any way. I certainly do not buy from such dealers anymore.
