As described. Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Clamp is nice and big so it fits on my headboard. Also has foam padding so no need to worry about scratches. Have taken one star off as neck is a bit floppy and doesn’t always stay where it is positioned. Also, I can hear a high frequency sound when the light is on the dimmest setting, though it goes away if you increase the brightness.
