Customs opened the package and cut the bag with screws. all screws were lose in the box, and one spacer is missing, and for this "service" I psaid additonal € 15, but I don't blame the seller for this, neither the producer. Why I gave only 3 stars? 1 there was no assembly instruction 2 the platform needs now higher force to move 3 the y end switch is not triggered anymore 4 the spacers are too high, and even with lowest plattform position the nozzle crashed in the bed (It is a expensive rubin nozzle. I hope, it was not damaged. I will see. Anyway, needs more adaptations than expected But arrived quickly and well packed
