I give 4 stars because I ordered smoke colored Swarovski crystals, but got yellow. I wrote to the seller but then it was a new year, he promised to explain to me but 3 months passed and I did not receive any message. The product is of good quality but does not exactly match the color of the ad. I needed gray, I got yellow, there is no such color in the ad.
