Product as described. Received in good time. However, a total waste of money. The ice gel effect lasted at best the first hour and thereafter nothing. Plus, far from being comfortable, regardless how it is positioned.

In Japan, it costs about 1900 yen including tax. I searched on AliExpress. I was able to buy it for less than 1300 yen, depending on the exchange rate. I was able to save at least 500 yen. The hexagonal shape is more comfortable than the triangular shape. I'm very satisfied.
