came in a package which is nice as it is a gift
Blister pack protected the contents, even though it was fairly beaten up. The UV torch worked in contrast to another UV glue purchase. Some evidence of leakage in the package, but not sure if it was from another source as the glue supply looked intact. Have tried the glue with the tiny UV torch. It did firm up, but was still like soft plastic and both items I glued, readily broke in the same place with pressure 2-days later after sitting on a sunny ledge for maximum UV light. I have purchased a decent UV torch for less than the cost of the two batteries in the minuscule UV-torch shipped and more readily replaced by AAA batteries. So still waiting to prove how useful this plastic welding solution actually is!
