laser cross line is not accurate. otherwise product is solid

Product faulty and not fit for purpose. Doesn't come with instructions either although can work things out. Basically the levelling tubes are installed incorrectly or on an angle so can never use this function. Refund required please. See Photo as can physically see level tube on angle so cannot be used to check horizontal/vertical orientations.
