The product is VERY DANGEROUS. The tip of the bottle is formed by a small perforated piece that jumps away sometimes because of the pressure caused by using the spray. This can cause this very small plastic piece to be liberated INSIDE YOUR NOSE at a very deep location. You may end up in the emergency room to get this piece removed. AliExpress should avoid this type of products on its site.
