the vendor failed to relay that it was illegal to ship wood internationally and the entire $25.00 was cancelled mid course. seller said that IF they get the package back they would reship. after several messages asking about "what happens now?"we pretty much figured out I needed to file a dispute. I am frustrated that I could not file a dispute for the whole order, I had to do each item individually. Still waiting on refund of some items. Here's how you can do better...DO NOT sell items that are illegal to send. You need a better system for filing disputes...I should not have to file 15 different times when the entire order was cancelled. also the amounts ceiling in the dispute section does not match the amount I paid on several items...so I could not get a full refund. still trying to match up amounts and items. Not an efficient process at all...I have spent several HOURS trying to get this done. NOT HAPPY... and disappointed that I didn't get the items.
