Measured and as describe, transition at 3.90, 3.70, 3.50 and 3.30 volts. Problem is that it is not really suitable for LiPo or LiIon where globally only 2 the LED are useful to see remaining capacity, showing 80% and 20% level. The other 2 LEDs are too low to be useful to check remaining capacity with no load. Maybe under load it can work better. For the price it remain a flexible indicator.
