Everything's ok! It was not enough information for me. For example, you indicate the outer diameter of the tube (OD = 4mm) and the thread by which the fitting is attached to some structure. You do not indicate the thread (type and size) that this tube (OD) connects to this fitting. And this is also quite important information in this case. That's why I gave only four stars...
