I purchased 4 eyeglasses frames and 3 high quality lenses from this shop. When I turn my head to the left and right in all lenses, the monitor I look at turns from a rectangular shape to a trapezoid shape. When I move my head up and down, the objects grow and shrink as if I was looking with a magnifying glass. When I keep my head still and only focus my eyes on different objects, there is a problem of clarity, I have to move my head up and down to be clear, lenses are fluctuates and not usable. It is difficult even when walking, it is necessary to adjust the head position to stop and sharpen while looking at anything. I sent messages about all this problem but seller not return about my problems.
Seller cancelled my shipment. No explanation from the seller despite numerous requests with the seller claiming my shipment had not been cancelled. Then I was not provided a 100% refund and I am left out of picked as the refund amount was 66% of the amount paid. A really unfortunate experience and I feel the seller was very disingenuous and ripped me off!
