I ordered glasses from FONEX store many times. Each order met my expectations. However, this time I order frame with prescription lens, but the store forgot to change the lens for me, so I only received glasses frame with Demo lens. Anyway, the store tried to provide a solution and offered me to buy another new frame at the same price and will install a correct prescription lens on the new frame for me as I could not change the lens by myself. So, I paid extra for another frame but I can keep the frame with Demo lens as a spare. I still give five stars rating to this store on their effort to fix the problem. I’m still waiting for the correct lens to send to me later.
