Just a waste of money. Image is very noisy. When it's connected to PC via USB resolution is only 640x480 and it can't show image on display and via USB at the same time. It's using mini USB (not micro or type-C. Depth of field is very low. Photos saved on the micro SD card have the wrong aspect ratio. English language in menu is very bad, Russian is even worse. It's really better to use mobile phone camera. It's even easier to look with the naked eye.
