Very beautiful doll. I love the doll, but I have some problems with the seller. First of all, the seller said that they would do custom makeup, and send me a photograph of the makeup once finished. The makeup I received was not what I asked for, and the seller never sent me a picture. Second, two weeks after paying for my order, the seller said the item was still not ready to ship, so I asked if I could cancel and immediately they changed the item to ‘shipped’ so that I could not cancel. Then, the item took another 2 weeks before they actually shipped it. The seller would not communicate with me after that. It took 3 months for the item to arrive, and she came with extra feet, hands, and a small pet for the doll. She’s beautiful, but I had a very negative experience with the seller and will not buy from them ever again.
