when package arrived, it looks like this...

item received but shipped with no cardboard to keep it flat, product is unusable. I instructed the store to ship with cardboard to keep it flat but they did not pay attention or don't care. I uploaded a pic of it, but it doesn't appear to show up. Ship with item between two layers of corrugated heavy cardboard to keep item from warping is the best way to improve satisfaction.
