I ordered 1/2" BSPT Male x 1/8" NPT Female. (Type 7 unit) However what you've sent is not 1/8" NPT, it doesn't fit. The diameter is 0.345 inches (8.8 mm) while it should be 0.405 inches or 9.9 mm (see photo and table).
