This listing was used as a stand in to purchase two outfits separate from full sets. My package was marked as delivered to my address, but no package arrived to me. I repeatedly attempted to speak with the post office, but because it was marked delivered, they told me to contact the seller for replacement. I have been speaking with the seller for over two weeks, and no resolution has been made. They repeatedly told me to contact the post office, even though I had done so several times already, and have made no effort to replace the lost items. Because of this, I am out quite a bit of money with nothing to show for it. Shouldn't it be a seller's responsibility to make sure that the buyer receives their ordered items? Apparently, Oueneifs doesn't believe so. As such, I would recommend NOT purchasing from this seller, unless you are willing to test your luck. Honestly, worst experience I've EVER had on Aliexpress.
Seller continues to request a certificate of package not received, which is not something that my local post office is capable of providing. As "compensation" they've offered a single clothing item, when I ordered two full sets of clothing including wigs and shoes. As a seller, they are not living up to their responsibility of ensuring that a buyer gets the items that they purchased. In summary, they are thieves and liars, who provide no customer service and don't care if you get what you ordered.
